Most of the property has some slight slope, much of it slopes to the center where water can flow into surface tanks. The more mature trees make nice places for the turkey to roost and the young mesquite make nice rubs for the deer. Everything in between gets a chance to have mud rubbed on it from the local pigs.
The property has not been hunted a whole lot; however, there is a setup for deer hunting now. The wildlife are attracted to it's location on the edge of the pasture and wheat field. Whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkeys, feral hogs, dove, and more cross or call the property home.
